NOW THAT YOUR AUDIENCE KNOWS WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU DO...IT'S TIME FOR THEM TO ACT!

CAN WE DISCUSS HOW YOU'VE MASTERFULLY MADE IT THROUGH THE FULL CHALLENGE! IF YOU'RE STILL IN THE GAME THEN THAT MEANS THAT YOUR BRAND STORY IS POPPIN'!

SO FAR YOU'VE:

  • DEFINED WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU DO
  • YOU'VE LANDED ON THE EXACT MOMENT THAT SPARKED YOUR BRAND 
  • NARROWED DOWN WHO YOUR IDEAL AUDIENCE IS 
  • IDENTIFIED YOUR SUPERPOWER

AND NOW...IT'S TIME TO GET YOUR AUDIENCE TO ACT. 

wHEN WE FIRST STARTED THE CHALLENGE I TALKED ABOUT THE MANY DIFFERENT WAYS THAt YOUR BRAND STORY CAN BE USED. 

  • SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS
  • SALES PAGES
  • BLOG POSTS ETC

AND WHILE ALL OF THAT IS GREAT YOU STILL NEED THEM TO INVEST IN YOU AND TAKE SOME ACTION. AS A MATTER OF FACT, EACH TIME YOU SHARE YOUR STORY/BRAND MESSAGE YOU SHOULD BE INVITING YOUR AUDIENCE TO ACT WITH THE CALL TO ACTION (CTA). 

WHAT'S A CTA? 

GLAD YOU ASKED. IT'S THE LANGUAGE THAT YOU USE TO PROMPT YOUR AUDIENCE TO ACT. SOME EXAMPLES ARE: 

  • ASKING YOUR AUDIENCE TO CLICK THE LINK IN YOUR BIO ON IG
  • ADD A CTA BUTTON IN YOUR EMAILS THAT TAKES READERS TO YOUR BLOG POSTS
  • ADDING A LINK TO YOUR FB POST THAT TAKES YOUR AUDIENCE TO YOUR SHOP

THE CTA IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT WHAT TAKES YOUR AUDIENCE TO THE NEXT STEP IN THE PROCESS. IT'S HOW YOU BUILD THE BRIDGE TO SALES.

BASICALLY, IT'S IMPORTANT...DON'T LEAVE IT OUT. 

IF I WERE TO BET...I'D BET THAT THERE'S A PLACE WHERE YOU NEED YOUR AUDIENCE TO BE. YOU PROBABLY WANT THEM IN YOUR SHOP ON YOUR WEBSITE OR OVER ON FACEBOOK INTERACTING IN YOUR GROUP. 

THE TRICK TO MAKING THIS SUCCESSFULLY HAPPEN IS MAKING SURE THAT ONVE YOU MOVE THEM FROM YOUR BRAND STORY YOU CONSISTENTLY MEET THEIR NEEDS WITH YOUR CONTENT ON WHATEVER PLATFORM YOU'RE LEADING THEM TO. 

SO TODAY...YOU'RE GOING TO START MOVING YOUR AUDIENCE TO THE NEXT STEP.

yOU KNOW THE DEAL...GO AHEAD AND PULL OUT YOUR  JOURNAL OR BRAND STORY WORKSHEETS AND ANSWER THE FOLLOWING:

  1. NOW THAT YOUR AUDIENCE IS AWARE OF YOU AND WHAT YOU DO WHERE IS THE NEXT PLACE THAT YOU WANT TO TAKE THEM? Why?
  2. ARE YOU SENDING THEM TO YOUR SALES PAGE OR SHOP? IF SO, WHAT DO THEY NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE SOLUTIONS THAT YOU CAN PROVIDE FOR THEM? 
  3. HAVE A FREE OFFER? ASK YOURSELF HOW YOUR BRAND STORY FITS INTO YOUR OFFER. DID YOU CREATE IT TO HELP THEM FIND THEIR "AH HA" MOMENT OR IS IT TO TAKE THEM TO THE NEXT STAGE IN THEIR BUSINESS.
