WHAT'S THE CULTURE OF YOUR BRAND?

WHAT YOU HELP PEOPLE CREATE. WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK WITH YOU...THAT'S YOUR BRAND CULTURE. AND IT MATTERS.

BRAND CULTURE: THE EXPERIENCE THAT A CLIENT HAS WHILE WORKING WITH YOU. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE THAT YOUR BRAND CREATES. HOW YOUR BRAND IS PERCEIVED. 

YOUR BRAND'S CULTURE IS REALLY ABOUT HOW YOU WORK WITH OTHERS. IT'S ABOUT THE EXCELLENCE THAT YOU DELIVER EACH AND EVERY DAY...FOR EVERYONE...NOT JUST YOUR CLIENTS. 

GUESS WHAT? THE BRAND EXPERIENCE DOESN'T ACTIVATE WHEN A CLIENT SIGNS A CONTRACT. TRUTH IS YOU SHOULD BE ACTIVATING YOUR BRAND CULTURE WELL BEFORE YOU SIGN ANY CLIENT. YOUR BRAND CULTURE SHOULD BE EVIDENT FROM THE MOMENT SOMEONE DOWNLOADS YOUR FREEBIE, ENTERS YOUR CHALLENGE, SENDS YOU AN EMAIL OR SIGNS UP FOR A CONSULTATION. 

THIS APPLIES TO EVERYONE THAT REPRESENTS YOUR BRAND-FROM YOUR ASSISTANT TO YOUR BUSINESS MANAGER TO YOUR WEB DESIGNER. THEY MUST ALL ADOPT YOUR BRAND CULTURE. 

SO. TODAY- LET'S CREATE YOUR CULTURE MANIFESTO. IT'S GOING TO SERVE AS THE MASTERPLAN FOR  ALL OF YOUR BRAND MESSAGING FROM THIS POINT FORWARD. 

TODAYS WORK WILL BE A RESULT OF ALL OF THE WORK FROM THE PREVIOUS DAYS AND IT'S SOMETHING THAT YOU'LL WANT TO KEEP FRONT AND CENTER TO HELP REMIND YOU OF WHAT IT IS YOU DO, AND WHO IT IS THAT YOU DO IT FOR.
